  Had this service done 3 times. On the 3rd time they did not let me know they were coming so i was not there to open the gate to the back yard. I called the company and had to have them come back to finish the job. The company said if i needed to be called when they were coming it would cost more money. They do not have the time to call people they would rather show up. Within 3 days of an approximate date. You can give them your keys to the gate i was told. The keys also open the doors to the house. Really. I had to cancel this service. They would rather have the guys come twice.
